We also need a physical street address to ship your order. No P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses as the product will often spoil before the address is corrected or returned to us.
Your order will be carefully wrapped, packed and shipped frozen in specially insulated and reusable foam coolers with plenty of dry ice and will be confirmed via email instantaneously after we receive it.
It will arrive via UPS Ground or Air service in 1 to 8 business days depending on the destination.
Orders are shipped on Monday thru Thursday for delivery the same week. We do not ship over the weekend due to the perishable nature of our gourmet products.
Generally, orders are shipped within the following timetable:
-Monday through Thursday for destinations within 150 miles of New York City for delivery Tuesday to Friday
-Monday through Wed for destinations within 800 miles of NYC for delivery Wed to Friday
-Monday and Tuesday for destinations within 1500 miles of NYC for delivery Thursday and Friday
-Monday only for destinations over 1500 miles of NYC including the Mountain and Pacific time zones, FL, TX and other areas.
All deliveries are “shipper released,” which means it will be left at the recipients door if they are not home. The food will stay frozen well into the night that it is delivered if no one is home during the day.
Please keep in mind that UPS may deliver the package into the evening hours, especially during busy holiday periods or during inclement weather. You will receive the tracking information when the product is shipped.
Orders are not shipped over the weekend because of the perishable nature of of the food.
